Newcastle Munch
Description
Munches are gatherings of people in a lifstyle in a safe environment.
Normaly a Public House or gathering place in daytime as a norm but some are held at nights depending on local. "no one stands out from the other punters"

Everyone dresses in what is called "vanilla dress" that is normal street clothing...just think... normal cloths "joe bloggs" would wear going to a pub on a sunday afternoon for a few pints.

This is to help people feel relaxed and more social... and as the venues are always public it makes people feel safer. Some of the old hands forget what it feels like to be new and know nothing of the scene...it can be quite freightening, untill you take that first step then think "why did I hesitate"

Everyone make an effort to mingle and above all sociable, most people who have attended munches will agree.. you have fun above all...

Please Remember a Munch is a social footing and not a pick up joint..

From May, we are having the munch in The Hancock. Formerly Bierex ( or something like that.)

its the one behind the civic centre where all the students go to. the one with the outdoor bit and cheap beer.

And another important change.!!!!!!!!!

The munch will be 2 hours. 4 pm till 6 pm.
After 6, its up a free for all. your not getting an explanation why.
